At Kayvee Beauty, we value both your time and ours, and we strive to provide the best experience for every client. We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or reschedules so that we can offer your time slot to another client. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a 50% fee of the scheduled service, and clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will be charged the full service amount. Certain services, such as Microneedling, Microdermabrasion, or Head Spa packages, may require a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in a deposit requirement for future bookings. We appreciate your understanding, as following this policy allows us to maintain quality service and availability for all of our valued clients.
